When someone types “roof leak repair near me”, they want to hire somebody today. We put you at the top of that page — and make sure you only pay for the clicks that could turn into a job.
Upfront pricing, real technicians, and a real person on the phone.

Incoming callfrom your Google ad
this is the moment we pay for
Websites come first right now. I take a small number of ads clients at a time, usually once a business has a site worth sending traffic to. If that's you, tell me and I'll say honestly whether now is the right moment — or whether your money is better spent on the site first.
Tracking is the product
We count all the way to the booked job.
A lot of agencies stop counting at the click. We follow every lead to whether it became work — so you know your real cost per customer, not just your cost per click.
They search“ac repair near me”
They see youYour ad, top of the page
They landOn a page built to convert
They callEvery call and form counted
You book the jobMatched to your records
How we run it
No autopilot. No money pits.
Google will happily spend your budget on its own. Here's what we do instead.
01
Research with real numbers
Real local search volume and cost-per-click for your trade and your towns, plus a look at what your competitors are running — before we build anything.
02
Tracking goes in first
Calls and form fills are counted before a dollar of your budget is spent. No tracking, no launch. That rule doesn't bend.
03
Tight campaigns, one service at a time
Each ad group is one specific job with its own keywords and its own ad, so your water-heater ad shows for water-heater searches.
04
Cut the wasted clicks
We read the searches people actually typed and block the ones that will never become work — “DIY”, “jobs”, “free”, the town you don't serve.
05
Report the truth
Calls, forms and booked jobs, checked against your own records. If Google says 40 leads and your records say 31, we tell you 31.
Do the math first
Will Google Ads pay off for you?
Move the sliders to your numbers. If the math doesn't work, it'll say so — and so will we.

Looks worth it on paper. The first months are about proving these numbers with real tracking.
This is arithmetic on the numbers above, not a promise. Real results depend on your market, your offer and how fast you answer the phone. The one-time ads setup fee isn't included.
Ads aren't something you can buy from this page, on purpose. Every ads engagement starts with a call, because whether it's worth your money depends on your area, your trade and what a click costs there — and sometimes the honest answer is "not yet, spend it on the website first". After that call, if it makes sense, I send you a payment link.
Before we start
What the $750 covers — and what's on you.
Read this bit properly. It's the part most agencies leave vague until the first invoice.
The $750 does not include your ad spend
They are two separate things. The $750 a month is my fee for the work — building the account, writing the ads, tracking the leads, cleaning out the waste and reporting to you. Your advertising budget is extra, it's yours, and it goes on your own card straight to Google. I never collect it, hold it or take a cut of it. You can see every dollar of it in your own account.
How much should you spend? We work that out on the consultation call, together. I'm not going to throw a number at you before I've looked at your market — what people near you actually search for, how often, and what a click costs in your trade all change the answer, and they change it a lot between two towns twenty miles apart. I'll show you what I find and we'll land on a figure you're comfortable with. It stays your decision, and you can change it any time.
1
Somewhere to send the clicks
A Google ad is only as good as the page it lands on. Paying for clicks that land on a weak page, or no page at all, is the fastest way to waste a budget.
If you don't have a site worth sending traffic to, use ours — $30 a week, built for exactly this, and I connect the ads to it and set up the tracking as part of the build. If you already have a good site, that's fine too; I'll tell you honestly whether it's up to it.
That's the focus, on purpose. Search ads put you in front of someone who is looking for your service right now and you only pay when they click. For a local service business, I believe that's the most effective money on the internet, and it's where I'd rather spend your first dollar than on display banners or video nobody asked for.
3
A report every Monday
Every Monday morning you get a full report by email covering the week before — what was spent, what came in, what it cost per lead, and what I changed. Weekly, not monthly, because a month is a long time to find out something isn't working.
4
Your business, set up properly
Before ads is the right time to have your house in order: your LLC registered, your Google Business Profile claimed, a card on file with Google, and your phone answered during the hours you advertise. I'll point you at what's missing, but those accounts are yours and stay in your name.
To be plain about the line: I run your ads. I don't run your business, your email, your social accounts or your paperwork.
What you get every month
A report you can read in two minutes.
Calls, leads, booked jobs, what they cost — and exactly what we changed and why. No screenshots full of “impressions”.

What we changed
Blocked “free estimate” searches from outside your area
Moved budget from repair ads to replacement ads
Turned off ads during hours nobody answers the phone
How we get you live
Two weeks, honestly. And what actually slows it down.
This is the same order of work every time, learned the hard way. The one thing that decides how fast it goes is how quickly I get access — so I ask for everything on day one.
1
Intake and access
One form, then access to the accounts. This is the step that decides your timeline — usually 1 to 7 days, and it's the only part I can't do for you.
Day 1
2
Research before building
Real search volume for your trade in your towns, what a click actually costs there, and what your competitors are bidding on and saying. Never from memory, and never a guess. If your area can't absorb the budget, I tell you before we build, not after.
1–2 days
3
Built, then tracked
Campaigns built tight and specific. Then call and form tracking installed and tested with a real call and a real form fill. If tracking isn't verified, we don't launch — spend you can't measure is spend you can't defend.
1–2 days
4
Live, then the learning period
The first two weeks are a learning period and it cannot be shortened. Leads do come through, but the ramp comes after. I'd rather tell you that now than have you wonder in week one. I watch it daily and change almost nothing.
Then it ramps
What I'll ask for on day one
Access to your Google Ads account — or I create one in your name
Your Google Business Profile
The website the ads will point at (or we build it)
A card on file with Google for your ad budget
The phone number leads should call, and who answers it
Every one of these stays in your name and your ownership. I work inside your accounts as a manager, and if we ever part ways I remove my access and everything — the account, the history, the data — stays with you.
Google Ads questions

Clicks start the day ads go live. Knowing what's really working takes longer — Google's automated bidding needs roughly 30 to 90 days of data. That's why the first term is three months.
Both, separately. Your ad budget goes on your own card, straight to Google, and you can see every dollar in your account. Our monthly fee is for building, managing and reporting. We never mark up your spend.
That's a conversation, not a price list. On the consultation call I look at your area and your trade — search volume, what a click costs, what your competitors are doing — and we decide together what's worth putting in. If the numbers say your market can't support it yet, I'll tell you that and suggest starting with your website instead. I'd rather say that than take money I can't earn back for you.
We look through it first and keep what's working. It stays your account — you keep full ownership and access, and if we ever part ways, it stays with you.
They sit alongside search ads and are worth running for a lot of home-services trades. If yours qualifies, I set them up and manage them as part of the same $750 — no separate tier, no extra fee.
No — and be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your market, your offer and your competition. What we guarantee is honest tracking and honest reporting, including when the numbers aren't good.
