Who we are

NGAGED Marketing is a marketing company operated by NGAGED LLC in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy covers this website and the work we do for clients.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you enter: usually your name, phone number, email address, business name, website, the services you're interested in, the best time to reach you, whether you're happy for us to call or text, and anything you write in the message.

How your form reaches us

When you press send, your details are delivered to us by email through our email delivery provider, Resend. If delivery fails, the site tells you so and offers to open your own email app instead — nothing is sent until you press send there.

Calls and text messages

If you tick the box saying it's OK to call or text you, we'll only contact you about the enquiry you sent. Agreeing isn't a condition of doing business with us. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site running and secure. The fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page first.

If you become a client

You may give us access to accounts such as Google Ads, Meta Business, your Google Business Profile or your domain settings. We use that access only to do the work you hired us for, we never use one client's data for another, and you can remove our access at any time from within those platforms.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and provide the services you ask for
• To bill for services and keep financial records
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business — for example Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), our email provider, and the advertising platforms we manage on a client's behalf — and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we need them to provide services and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ngaged.official@gmail.com.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
