Meta Ads · Facebook & Instagram · from $600/month

Get in front of your neighbors before they need you.

Most people aren't searching for a roofer, a med spa or a pest plan today — they're scrolling. We put your work in their feed, so you're the name they already know when the day comes.

  • We make the ads
  • Leads sent straight to you
  • Budget on your card

Websites come first right now. I take a small number of ads clients at a time, usually once a business has a site worth sending traffic to. If that's you, tell me and I'll say honestly whether now is the right moment — or whether your money is better spent on the site first.

Google or Meta?

Two different jobs. Both worth doing right.

Google catches people already looking.

Someone has a problem today and types it in. High intent, faster results — but only as many customers as are searching.

  • ReachPeople searching right now
  • Main leverKeywords and your landing page
  • Best first jobCatch the buyers already out there

Meta reaches people who aren't looking yet.

They're scrolling, not searching. Your ad creates the interest — then reminds them until they're ready. Bigger reach, slower build.

  • ReachLocal people scrolling Facebook & Instagram
  • Main leverThe ad itself — the hook, the photo, the offer
  • Best first jobGrow demand and bring back site visitors

Google is fishing where they're already biting. Meta is teaching them to be hungry.

For most local businesses: start with Google, then add Meta once it's working. Not sure which you need? Take the quiz.

Is Meta a good fit for you? Five quick questions.

  1. Is your work visual — before-and-after photos or video that would stop a thumb?
  2. Do people often not realize they need you until they see it?
  3. Do you have a seasonal offer or a slow season you'd like to fill?
  4. Do people visit your website without calling?
  5. Is Google already bringing you steady work?
Answer the questions

You'll get a straight recommendation — even if it's “not yet”.

What we do

On Meta, the ad is the whole game.

There are no keywords to hide behind. What wins is the hook, the photo and the offer — so that's where we spend the effort.

Ads that stop the scroll

Hooks, before-and-afters, short video and real photos of your work. We direct it; your phone camera is usually enough.

The right people

Local audiences, look-alikes of your best customers, and the people who've already been on your site.

Counted properly

Meta Pixel plus the Conversions API, so leads are counted even when browsers block tracking — and sent straight to you.

Kept fresh

Ads wear out as people see them. We test new versions regularly and move budget to what's working.

Leads that go somewhere

Instant forms or your website — whichever fits the offer — with every lead delivered to you in minutes, not days.

Honest numbers

Meta likes to take credit. We check its numbers against the calls and jobs you actually got, and report the real ones.

The quiet superpower

Most visitors don't call the first time.

Retargeting brings them back. It's often the fastest win on Meta, and it makes every other dollar you spend work harder.

  1. TuesdayVisits your siteLooks at a few pages. Doesn't call.
  2. ThursdaySees your before-and-afterOn Instagram, between two friends' posts.

Running Google too? Build your plan

Ads aren't something you can buy from this page, on purpose. Every ads engagement starts with a call, because whether it's worth your money depends on your area, your trade and what a click costs there — and sometimes the honest answer is "not yet, spend it on the website first". After that call, if it makes sense, I send you a payment link.

Before we start

What the $600 covers — and what's on you.

The honest version, before you sign anything.

The $600 does not include your ad spend

Two separate things. The $600 a month is my fee for the work — campaigns, creative, testing, tracking and reporting. Your advertising budget is extra, it's yours, and it goes on your own card straight to Meta. I never collect it, hold it or take a cut.

How much should you spend? We work that out on the consultation call, together. Your area, your trade and your offer all move the answer, so a number published on a website would be a guess — and you'd be the one paying for it. I'll show you what I find and we'll agree a figure you're comfortable with. It stays your decision and you can change it whenever you like.

1

A Facebook page and an Instagram account

Meta ads run from your own accounts, so you need both, and they need to be yours. If you don't have them set up, I email you step-by-step instructions for creating them and the Meta business account that sits behind them.

Setting them up is on you — they're your business's accounts, in your name, and they stay yours whatever happens between us. I'll answer questions while you do it.

2

Somewhere to send the clicks

Same rule as Google: the ad is only as good as where it lands. If you don't have a site worth sending traffic to, use ours — $30 a week, and I connect the tracking as part of the build.

3

A report every Monday

Every Monday morning, by email: what was spent last week, what came in, what it cost, and what I changed. Weekly, not monthly.

4

Your business, set up properly

Have your LLC registered and your accounts — Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram — claimed and in your name before we spend money. I'll tell you what's missing.

To be plain about the line: I run your ads. I don't run your social accounts, post content for you, reply to your DMs or handle your paperwork.

How we get you live

Two weeks, honestly. And what actually slows it down.

This is the same order of work every time, learned the hard way. The one thing that decides how fast it goes is how quickly I get access — so I ask for everything on day one.

  1. 1

    Intake and access

One form, then access to the accounts. This is the step that decides your timeline — usually 1 to 7 days, and it's the only part I can't do for you.

    Day 1
  2. 2

    Research before building

Your offer and the price point that goes on the creative, who we're targeting, and what we're filming or designing. We settle all of it on one call so I never have to keep interrupting you mid-build.

    1–2 days
  3. 3

    Built, then tracked

Campaigns built tight and specific. Then call and form tracking installed and tested with a real call and a real form fill. If tracking isn't verified, we don't launch — spend you can't measure is spend you can't defend.

    1–2 days
  4. 4

    Live, then the learning period

The first two weeks are a learning period and it cannot be shortened. Leads do come through, but the ramp comes after. I'd rather tell you that now than have you wonder in week one. I watch it daily and change almost nothing.

    Then it ramps

What I'll ask for on day one

  • A Facebook page for the business, and an Instagram account
  • Access to your Meta business account — instructions emailed if you don't have one yet
  • Three creatives to start: photos, a phone video, or both
  • The page the ads will send people to (or we build it)
  • A card on file with Meta for your ad budget

Every one of these stays in your name and your ownership. I work inside your accounts as a manager, and if we ever part ways I remove my access and everything — the account, the history, the data — stays with you.

Meta Ads questions

Ask about Meta Ads

No. Ads and posting are different jobs — you don't need to be a content creator to run ads. A page that looks alive does help people trust the ad, so we'll tell you if yours needs a little attention.

We do — the copy, the layout and the direction. Real photos and short videos of your work make the best ads, and we'll tell you exactly what to shoot. Your phone is usually enough.

Meta spends the first stretch learning who responds, and good ads usually take a few rounds of testing. Give it the three-month term before judging it — we'll show you what's improving along the way.

Usually they're cheaper but colder — they weren't searching for you an hour ago. That's why fast follow-up matters, and why every lead is sent straight to you the moment it comes in.

We decide it together on the consultation call, once I've looked at your area and your offer. It's paid straight to Meta on your own card, it's always yours, and it's separate from my fee. If what you can spend won't give Meta enough to learn from, I'll say so rather than take it.
